Terms of Service
These terms govern use of MyView, operated by Humana Limited (company number 12178063), trading as Be My Social, 8 Priory Place, Doncaster DN1 1BL. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
MyView monitors publicly available mentions of the brands you nominate, classifies them, and reports to you. Coverage depends on the continued availability of third-party platform APIs; where a platform withdraws or restricts access, we will substitute or remove that source and tell you.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that present a security risk. Client dashboard logins are read-only and limited to your own data.
Fees
Fees are billed monthly in advance and exclude VAT. Either party may end the service with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid are not refundable for part months.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harass individuals, to process data about private persons unconnected to your brand, or to breach any platform's terms. We monitor brands, not people.
Results and liability
Coverage of public commentary can never be complete, and AI classification is assistive, not perfect; the service is provided on a reasonable efforts basis without warranty of completeness. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
General
These terms are governed by English law, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
